dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Medicine is one of the important factors in health services. Use of non-compliance medications causes a lot of problems. Antibiotics are the most commonly used drugs related to many illnesses caused by infection. This study was conducted to find out the different percentages of antibiotic prescriptions for patients Rantau Laban community health center of Tebing Tinggi City. This research used descriptive method, data collection is conducted on a linear basis. Retrospective data can be seen by looking at all documents data on antibiotics at Rantau Laban community health center from January to March 2019. Research results showed total number of perceptions was as many as 366 percent. The prescription with antibiotics was 1,111 sheets (36.24%) and the receptivity without antibiotics was 1,955 sheets (63.76%). Ratiolet prescription with the total R / at the antibiotic at community health center in higher area was obtained an average ratio of 1: 3. Percentage of prescriptions containing antibiotics in Rantau Laban community health center of Tebing Tinggi were 37.06%. The most antibiotics were prescribed as amoxicillin 449 sheets of prescription.en_US
