HUBUNGAN FREKUENSI HEMODIALISIS DENGAN TINGKAT STRES PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS DI RUMAH SAKIT ROYAL PRIMA MEDAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Kidney failure is caused by decreased kidney function so that it cannot filter out the b ody's electrolyte discharge. The aim of the study was to find out whether there was a relationship between the frequency of hemodialysis and the level of stress in patients with chronic kidney failure who underwent hemodialy sis at Royal Prima Medan Hospita l in 2019. The research design used by the resear cher was a cros sectional method in which the dependent and independent variables were examined simultaneously. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the frequency of hemodialy sis to stress levels in patients with chronic ren al failure, almost all respondents often underwent hemodialysis at Royal Prima Hospital in Medan, out of a total of 70 respondents, almost all respondents had moderate stress leve ls and there was a significa nt relationship between HD frequency with stress levels in CRF patients in the Hemodialysis installation with a p value of 0.002 <0.05. The results of this study are expected to b e able to add insight and knowledge about CRF, and are expected to continue t his research in deeper contexts and broader varia bles.
