Bioaerosol is a dust particle consisting of bacteria and fungi along with other spores. can survive indoors when the temperature and humidity levels are adequate. Its presence in the room within certain limits is not dangerous, but at any time can interfere with health. As the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Decree Standard No. 261 / MENKES / SK / II / 1998 regarding air quality, the number of germs must be less than 700 cfu / m3 air. Republic of Indonesia Minister's Decree No. 405 / MENKES / SK / XI / 2002 concerning Health Requirements for Office and Industrial Work Environment states that the number of microorganism colonies contained in the air must not exceed 700 cfu / m3 of air. One way to reduce air pollution is to put plants that can reduce these pollutants in the room. The plants used in this study were Blanceng (Dieffenbachia spp). In this research, six plant pots consisting of six to ten leaf plants were placed. The yield obtained before placing the Blanceng plant (Dieffenbachia spp) was 860 cfu / m³. And after placing Blanceng plants (Dieffenbachia spp) is as much as 625 cfu / m. Reduction in the number of microorganisms after being laid by 38%en_US
