Abstract: | Kidney failure chronicle is a disease caused the kidneys that ca not or capable of carrying out their duty .In the year 2019 the number of visits as many as 146 in november , december they and the moon january the year 2020 as many as 199 people who experience kidney failure chronicle .The results of the interviews against some the patien with kidney failure chronicle the majority of of the patients fully understand the about care themselves .This study aims to to analyze the influence of self care education to the concept of their place in the patien with kidney failure chr onicle in the hospital royal prima medan .This research is research analytic descriptive with one group design pre and post test in which variable self care education and its effect on variable self - concept on the patien with kidney failure chronicle resea rched simultaneously .The research was done in a public hospital royal prima medan in may 2020 to the total number of samples from 34 patients . The result showed that self care education influences on the patients with the chronic kidney failure sig ( 2tailed ) = 0,000 ( α = 0,05 ).The study concluded that self care education significant impact on the concept on chronic renal failure patients in a public hospital royal prima. |
