GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN TINDAKAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN OBAT IBUPROFEN DIPUSKESMAS GEBANG KABUPATEN LANGKAT

Abstract

Ibuprofen is a phenyl propionic acid derivative which is widely used as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, analgesic, and antipyretic. This study aimed to determine the Knowledge Description of Outpatient Attitudes and Actions towards Ibuprofen Drugs at Gebang Public Health Center, Langkat Regency 2020 . The research method is descriptive survey. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The study population of patients at Puskesmas Gebang Kab. Langkat 2020 aged 17-60 as many as 44. The results of the study were 17 respondents (38%) in the good category, 7 respondents (16%) good enough category, 6 respondents (13%) in the poor category, as many as bad category 14 respondents (32%). The attitude of patients in the good category totalled 14 respondents (31.81%), 30 respondents (68.18%) were quite good category. Patient action in good category totalled 8 respondents (18.18%), good enough category was 5 respondents (11%), bad category was 5 respondents (11%), bad category was 26 respondents (59%). The conclusion in this study is the level of knowledge of respondents towards the use of ibuprofen in outpatients in good category (58.86%), good enough attitude (73%), and bad actions (42.27%).
