dc.description.abstractIndonesia's health profile in 2013 revealed that there were 112,511 cases of fever caused by infection and 871 of them ended in death, an increase compared to 2012 which only reached 90,245 cases and suffered by Indonesian children The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of bamboo grass as an antipyretic and at concentrations useful as antipyretic to male white rats. This research is a literature study conducted through data collection, reading, recording, and managing it. Through the research, the following data are known: in the first article, the dosage extract with a dose of 100 mg / kg BW gave the best effect and was equivalent to paracetamol 200 mg / kg BW; In the second article, infusion at a concentration of 20% has the best effect. The study concluded that the higher dosage is given, the higher effect it will result.en_US
