GAMBARAN FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI DISTRIBUSI OBAT PT PHAPROS Tbk DI PT RAJAWALI NUSINDO KE MARKET SUMATERA UTARA

Abstract

The process of drug distribution is one of the main processes in drug management that plays an important role in maintaining drug availability. In its implementation, the drug distribution process requires accurate information regarding the receipt, supply and release of the drug between the sender and the recipient. A pharmaceutical technical staff is an important channel in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations through pharmacies, hospitals or drugstores to the hands of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the distribution of PT. Phapros Tbk to the North Sumatra market at PT. Rajawali Nusindo. This research is a descriptive study that aims to provide an overview of a situation in a community or society. The population of this study is the factor that influence drug distribution during the period January - March 2020 Through the research results it is known that the highest percentage of drug distribution is Bio ATP which is 82.23% and the lowest is Pehacain which is 44.23% for the period January - March 2020. The study concluded that the distribution of Bio ATP was the highest for the January-March 2020 period.
