In general, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there was any Coliform bacterial contamination in iced tea. The type of research used is descriptive, which gives a description of the presence of Coliform bacteria in iced tea. The object of the research is based on a literature study conducted at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Health, Muhammadiyah University, Palangkaraya, in May-June 2016 and in the Bacteriology Laboratory, Health Analyst Study Program, Health Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Kupang in April 2019. The number of samples in the Port of Rambang, Palangkaraya, was 6 samples and in the Kupang Solor Village Night Market, as many as 15 samples. Based on the results of literature studies show that of the 6 samples sold at the Port of Rembang, Palangka Raya City, all of them tested positive for coliform bacteria with MPN value of 240/100 ml in each sample and from the 15 samples taken from the Kupang Solor Kampung Night Market, all were positive. contain coliform bacteria with different MPN values, namely samples with values 240/100ml (66%), 96/100 ml (13%), 27/100ml (7%), 15/100ml (7%), dan 6,7/100ml (7%).
