Abstract: Maternal deaths rate is so highin this world, reported 800 womens dea everyday because pregnancy and labor complication. At 2013 more than 289.000 womens dead during pregnancy and labor. Improve the knowledge and ability to equip ourselves with science and skills to give The midwifery Continuity of care in pregnant, labor, puerperium, neonatal and family planning use the midwifery management. Continuity of midwifery care management with Subjeck Objeck Assagment Planning management. After midwifery care to Mrs. J there was problem with the pregnancy namely mild anemia, Hb is 9,6 g%. The theory told that anemia on pregnancy can cause bleeding and dead during and after labor. The continuity of care in midwifery at Mrs. J with anemia in pregnancy did not make complication in pregnancy, labor, and after delivery. The process of labor is normally with weight 3400 grams, body length of 50 cm, Appreance Pulse Grimacy Activity Respiration score 8/10, boy. The neonatal care is given according to the benefit and found no sign at danger or complication that occur in neonatal. On the last visit during delivery has been informed about the use of contraception and the mother decided to become family planning acceptor injection that injected once for three months. This case Mrs.J is 33 years old with anemia there was no difference between theory and practical. Mother recommended to consume nutritious food, eat Fe tablet and become acceptor of family planning program.
