Every pregnant woman has the right to get quality antenatal care so that she is able to undergo a healthy pregnancy, give birth safely, and give birth to a healthy baby. The number of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), recorded 800 women die every day due to complications of pregnancy. This report was prepared using the method of obstetric management SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Planning). The standard of midwifery care is a reference apply the decision making process and measures midwife. It is corresponding with authority and its scope of practice in pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborn, and family planning or KB. It is based on the knowledge and tips midwifery. Postpartum are physiologica because post partum hemorrhage are normal. The baby are good with a body length : 50 cm, weight : 3200gr, and Gender: female. The mother chose to become a three-month injection family planning acceptor. The care provided is began from pregnancy up to be a family planning acceptors in accordance with the standards of care and authority midwife.
