Abstract

The maternal and infant mortality rate is a benchmark in assessing health status, therefore to govrment storongly to reduce maternal and infant mortality through health programs. In completing this repot was compled using midwifery management whit SOAP method. The standart midwifery care is a reference for decision making and actions pregnant women, labor, postpartum, newborn baby, and family planning by using methods of midwifery care Continuity Of Care. Mrs. R 30 years old, gravid 3, parturition 2, abortion 0. The last day of the first period. Date : 17 June 2017, the date of estimate birth : 24 March 2018. Antenatal care are psychosocial. The labor was helped by midwife. Postpartum and newborn baby care goodly so that the involution process went well and the baby can suckle until the mother becomes the acceptor family planning and mothers choose injectales 3 months. The Mrs. R period pregnant has anemia but it can be overcome by giving tablet Fe so that on the next visits Mrs. R heamoglobin is back to normal. The labor period is goodly but Mrs. R has rupture perineum degrees II and it can be overcome with stitches perineum. The care from pregnancy to family planning acceptors in accordance with the standard of care and authority of the midwife.
