ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. D MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR, SAMPAI DENGAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI KLINIK BIDAN C KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

Purpose : To improve maternal and child health status with continuity of care since pregnancy period to becomes contraception acceptor. Methods : Case Report Result : Mrs.D (27 y.o), G3P2A0 , HPHT 25-05-2017, TTP 04-03-2018. During the Antenatal Care on Mrs. D was found only physiological problems that happen on pregnancy but can be solved. In labor Mrs. D was found coil of umbilical cord,but it can resolved with Standard Operasional Prosedur. In the postnatal period there is no problem. The baby condition from birth to completion from the neonatal period is monitored to see the possibility of any problems. The type of family planning that chosen is 3 month injesction type. Conclusion : Care be given from period of pregnancy to becomes family planning acceptor should be according to standard and authority possessed by the midwife.
