Abstract: | Anemia is one of the causes of increased maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. Around 70% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience anemia due to iron deficiency. Post partum hemorrhage is the main cause, which accounts for 40% of which occurs due to a rupture of the birth canal or perineum. The purpose of this writing is to implement sustainable midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning. The method used in writing is Varney's management with data collection techniques, data interpretation and management. Care provided starts from November 2017 to March 2018. The results obtained during the ANC implementation at Mrs. T found a mild anemia problem is 10, 6 gr%. Management with administration of Fe tablets and nutritional fulfillment. On the fourth visit there was an increase to 11 gr%. The labor process went smoothly. In the implementation of care during III Ny. T experience a second degree rupture, management by perineal suturing with knot techniques. Seam wound care has been done and the fourth day has dried up. At BBL care for Mrs. T no complications were found and Mrs. T becomes a 3-month injection KB acceptor. The application of the concept of sustainable midwifery care carried out on Mrs. T is expected to be an input in providing comprehensive midwifery services |
