Abstract: | Maternal and child health is one part of efforts to improve health degree in sustainable development goals (SDGS) indonesia in 2030. Indicator will reach the target if maternal mortality rate (AKI),neontal mortality rate (AKN) and infant mortality rate (AKB) decline and the acceptor of family planning (KB) increases. Objective : A reference for decision making and actions performed by midwives appropriate authority and scope of practice that is in pregnant women, labor, postpartum, newborn baby and family planning by using methods of midwifery care continuity of care. Method : The method used is continuity of care midwifery management with SOAP management. Results : Mrs. M G1I P1 A0. Antenatal care have been started from trimester I II, to trimester III. Antenatal care have six times, labor was helped by midwife, postpartum visit have three times, and newborn baby visit have three times, and have received family planning care. Mrs. M have rupture perineum degrees II and stiches by cutgut and using techniquial gut knot. Postpartum are physiological because post partum hemorrhage are normal.The baby are good with with a body length : 49 cm, weight : 3400 gram, Gender: male and healthy birth. Mrs. M chose to become acceptor family planning injecting 3 months. Conclusion : The care Mrs. M from pregnancy to family planning acceptors in accordance with the standard of care and authority of the midwife |
