One cause of death in pregnant women is anemia in pregnancy. Continuous midwifery care with the management of Subject Objects Assagment Planning (SOAP). After doing midwifery care to Mrs. H there is a problem of anemia in pregnancy, maternal Hb level is 10 gr%. The theory of pregnancy with anemia can cause bleeding and death during labor and childbirth. But with ongoing midwifery care in Mrs. H with anemia does not result in complications in pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth. The baby's delivery process was obtained by a baby born spontaneously at 1:50 a.m. with BB 3400 gr, PB 48 cm, appreance pulse grimacy activity respiration score 9/10, with male gender. Newborn care (BBL) is given as needed and there are no danger signs or complications found in infants.
