Abstract

Background : The service of health in pregnant women can not be separated with maternity, postpartum and newborn baby. Pregnant women are entitled to get quality antenatal care so as to be able to undergo a healthy pregnancy, childbirt safely, and give birth to a healthy baby. Objective : Improving maternal and child health by doing midwifery in continuity of care starting from pregnancy until acceptor KB Method: Case Report using SOAP method obstertric management Result : Mrs. W, Gravida 2, Parturition 1, Abortion 0. Antenatal care have been started from trimester II to trimester III. Antenatal care have four times, labor was helped by midwife, postpartum visit have four times, and newborn baby visit have three times, and have received family planning care. On a visit to the two mothers 26 weeks gestational, the mother has mild anemia 10.5gr% but this can be handled to the three mothers 34 weeks gestational, the mother complained of frequent urinetion. After the mother receive counseling, sheunderstood that vaginal discharge and frequent urination is physiological thing. This pregnancy psychosocial well-received by the mother and family, Inspection continue at labor to Mrs. W normal. Postpartum are physiologica because post partum hemorrhage are normal.The baby are good withlength :49 cm, weight : 3000 gr, Gender is female and healthy birth. Mrs. W chose to become acceptor family planning injecting 3 months . The conclusion :The care from pregnancy to family planning acceptors in accordance with the standard of care and authority of the midwife
