Abstract

Health services can improve the degrees of public health. One of them, which is considered to have an important role is to provide health services.The ability to administer a nation's health services is measured by determining high and low rates of maternal and perinatal mortality in 100,000 labor life.The maternal mortality (AKI) and infant mortality (AKB) rates are still high.This report is compiled using midwifery management with the method of SOAP (subjective, objective, assesment, and planning). The Midwifery care standards are a reference to the decision making process and actions taken by midwives in accordance with the authority and scope of practice on pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, childbirth, and family planning in accordance with the care based on midwifery science and tips, the formulation of diagnosis, or midwifery problems, planning, implementing, evaluating, and recording midwifery care. Mrs.R, gravida I. abortus O , pregnancy checkup starts from Trimester 3. The Pregnancy by as many as three times. Childbirth assisted by midwives, postpartum visits 4 times, and visits of newborn babies 3 times, and had received family planning service.The results of the pregnancy checkup got Mrs. R, dont have a history of asthma, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and there is no history of medicine allergy. No history of twinage, and there is no history of detrimental health habits, and the pregnancy period experienced is physiological. Psychosocial pregnancy is well received by mothers and families. Maternity check up of Mrs. R, experienced a second degree perineum rupture and suturing with cut gut thread using a knot technique. The postpartum period check up is physiological, seen from bleeding and others. Likewise, babies born healthy with body length: 48 cm, body weight 4000 grams, female gender, and healthy. Mother chooses to be a 3-month injection family planning acceptor. The care provided from the time of pregnancy to becoming a family planning acceptor is in accordance with the standards of care and authority of the midwife.
