Abstract: | The Purpose : To improve the knowledge and skills in providing midwifery care by continuity of care in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and family planning newborn baby using obstetric management approach. Method : Case report Result : Mrs.A 26 years old, GII PI A0 with the age 28 weeks gestation. The last menstruation was on 15-06-2018, and interpretation of labor 22-03-2018, no history of diabetes, asthma, heartdisease, hypertension and no drug allergies. The frequency of the ANC in the first trimester was once, second trimester was once, third termester was twice. Provided care according to standarts. Mrs.A experienced a pregnancy with mild anemia. Labor goes normally. The baby was born normally on crying, redness skin and active movement with Apqar score 9/10, and no abnormalities and congenital defects, weight 3410 grs. Care of the newborn baby is given as needed. At visits postpartum period there are no complications in the mother. Last visit puerperal beeb informed about the use of contraceptives, the mother decided to become family planning acceptor depoprovera injections are injected into 1x3 months period. Conclusion : With the implementation of care continuity of care, which conducted the midwife can keept the healthy of mother and child on midwifery service. |
