The result of antenatal care are Mrs. B does not have a history of asthma, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and no history of drug allergy. No history of the twin offspring, and no history of adverse health habits. Implementation ANC to her found a problem is high risk for pregnant women. Includes the age of the mother who are classified as high risk so that the pregnancy experienced is pathologic. The pregnancy psychosocial well received by the mother and family. Postpartum are physiologica because post partum hemorrhage are normal. The baby are good with a body length : 52 cm, weight : 4100gr, Gender : male and healthy birth. The mother chose to become a MOW family planning acceptor. The care provided is began from pregnancy up to be a family planning acceptors in accordance with the standards of care and authority midwife.
