dc.description.abstract | Latar belakang: Based on World Health Organization (WHO) research around the world there is a maternal mortality of 500,000 people per year and infant mortality, especially neonates of 10,000 people per year. The distribution of maternal deaths in Indonesia varies between 130 and 780 in 100,000 live births. Despite intensive efforts and coupled with the declining maternal and infant mortality rate of 56 / 10,000 live births Hasil: Continuity Of Care which are given to Mrs.R is ANC for 4 times, giving birth attended by midwives, post partum visit 4 times, neonatus visit 3 times and has got services of KB. Metode: in childbirth process Mrs. R there is no problem. On implementation of postnatal Mrs. R process lactation run smoothly and baby want to breastfeed. On implementation newborn baby in Mrs. R not found complication and Mrs. R become acceptor of family planning injection 3 months. Kesimpulan: Care be given from period of pregnancy to acceptor of family planning can run normally, so efforts to improve the quality of maternal health that is comprehensive care or continuity of care that can reduce AKI and AKB | en_US |
