Abstract

Backgroundofproblems:Based on the report of the health profile of District/City in 2013 there are 267.239 babies died before turn. Based on this figure, the calculated number (AKB) in northern Sumatra are 10/1000 live births and the reported AKI in northern Sumatra in 2013 are 95/100.000 live births. Purpose: To provide care in obstetricson Mrs.E32 yearsoldwith continuity of care started from pregnancy women,maternity, newborn and acceptorfamily planning in accordance withthestandards careand midwifery management. Method: ContinuitymidwiferycareanddocumentationbySOAP management. Result: After midwifery care to Mrs. E is done, there is an scabies in the legs and arms. The baby was born spontaneously with weight 4100 gr, length 50 cm, apgar score 8/10 and it’s a girl. Care on the new born given according to the neeeds of baby’s. In a recent visit of the puerperium, has been informed about the contraception. The patient decided to become acceptor family planning Implant. Conclusion:In the case of Mrs. S 32 years old with mild scabies in the legs and arms. There is no gap between theory and practice. The Patient is recommended to consumenutrious foods, Fe tablet, and be an acceptor family planning
