Abstract

Back ground of problems: Postnatal and antenatal surveillance is essential in reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Antenatal surveillance provides benefits with the discovery of various abnormalities that accompany early pregnancy, so that it can be calculated and prepared for steps in the delivery aid. This report aims to allow the authors to apply continuous midwifery care to mothers from pregnancy to family planning according to the standard of care and midwifery management approach.. Purpose: To provide care in obstetrics at Mrs. Y age 24 years old with continuity of care started from pregnant women, maternity, childbirth, and newborn and acceptor family planning in accordance with the standards careof midwifery and midwifery management. Method: Continuity midwifery care and documentation by SOAP management. Result: Care in midwifery in a sustainable manner of Ms. Y pregnancy with miid normal state does not lead to complications in pregnancy and chilbirth. The baby was born naturaly with the weight of 3600 gr, the length of 50 cm, apgar score 8/10 with woman gender.
