Abstract

Back ground of problems: One of the development success indicators of health sector can besen from the level of maternal and infant mortality. Purpose: The aim of this writing is to give the author the real experience and provide midwifery care to Mrs.J Gravida II Giving Birth I Abortion 0 with continuity of care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn babies, and family planning with the standard sof midwifery care. Method: The methods used in data collection are SOAP with technic interview, physicalexaminations, andobservations. Care of Mrs. J’s baby given according to the needs and there is no sign of danger or complication. Last visit of puerperium provide familyp lanning counseling and Mrs. J decide to become familyp lanning acceptor hormonal injections 3 months that does not interfere with breastfeeding. Conclusion: Midwifery care gave from gestation become to an acceptor of family planning according to the standard of midwifery care and authority of midwife.
