ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY.W MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN T.N KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

Pregnant women’s health services can not be separated with delivery services, post partum and newborn baby. The preganant women are entitled to a quality antenatal service so as to be able to live a healthy pregnancy,maternity safely and gave birth to babies healthy. The purpose of writing is to apply midwifery care which is sustainable in pregnant women,childbirth,newborn babies and KB The method used in midwifery care is case study with SOAP documentation. Mrs.W was 27 years old,G4P3A0, HPHT 03-06-2018,TTP 10-06-2019. ANC examination performed four times, the second trimester has mild anemia HB : 10 gr% and give Fe 90 tablets. During the delivery process Mrs. W went smoothly and had no problems. Babies born to normally, APGAR Score:8/10, BB 3200 gr, PB 49 cm, gender : girl, LK 34cm, LD 35 cm. Doing IMD until 35 minutes.The postpartum period is ordinary , the lactasi process runs smoothly. The long-term family planning method chosen is Implant. The aplications of midwife care that is done to the Mrs.W with continuous care can improve maternal help
