ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. V MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR, DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN R. M KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

Background: Maternal mortality and illness are still serious health problems in developing countries. Maternal mortality in Indonesia is dominated by three main causes of death, they are bleeding, Pregnancy Hypertension (PIH), and infection. According to The World Health Organization (WHO), the diagnosis of anemia in pregnancy is made when the hemoglobin (Hb) level is <11 g / dL (7,45 mmol / L) and the hematocrit is <0,33. The general prevalence of anemia is different in various countries, around 18% of pregnant women suffer from anemia but in developing countries, it reaches around 56% (35-75%) of all pregnant women. Purpose/goal/ the aim: To provide midwifery upbringing/care for Mrs. V, 34 years old in continuity of care starting from pregnant mother, maternity, childbed, newborn baby and family planning according to standard of midwifery upbringing/ care and midwifery management. Method: Continous midwifery upbringing/ care and documentation with SOAP management. Result: After midwifery care was performed on Ny. V there were no complications and problems that interfered wirth maternal pregnancy, namely the condition of the mother having light anemia with 10,5% Hb, TTV within normal limits. Childbirth is spontaneous with BB 3800 gram, PB 49cm, Female gender. Care for BBL is given as needed and there are no signs of danger or complications for the baby. On the last visit of the puerperium period, information about contraceptive use was informed, the mother decided to become an injection KB acceptor, injected 1 time in 3 months. Conclusion of the research: In this case Ny (34 years old) with light anemia, there is no gap between theory and practice. A mother is suggested to eat nutritious foods and become a KB acceptor.
