ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY.Y MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN L KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

Background : Maternal and child health is part of efforts to improve the health status of Indonesia's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030. Indicators of achieving these targets are the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), Neonatal Mortality Rate (AKN) and Infant Mortality Rate ( AKB) decreased and acceptors of Family Planning (KB) increased. The physiological condition of the mother during pregnancy is expected to continue until the puerperium period ends. This condition will be achieved if maternal health services are adequate and quality (RI Ministry of Health, 2015). Objective : To provide midwifery care to Mrs. Y 32 years of continuity of care ranging from pregnant women, maternity, childbirth, newborns and family planning acceptors according to midwifery care and midwifery management standards. Methods : Continuous midwifery care and documentation with SOAP management. Result : Continuous midwifery care for Mrs. Y pregnancy with dental caries and at the last visit Ny. Y having mild anemia does not result in complications in pregnancy, childbirth, or childbirth. Childbirth is born spontaneously with BB 3450 grams, PB 50 cm, apgar score 8/10, with male sex. In the implementation of care for the second time Mrs. Y has a second degree rupture but the problem can be resolved by doing hecting degree II with knot technique. Care for BBL is given as needed and there are no signs of danger or complications in the baby. On the last visit of the postpartum period, information about contraceptive use was informed, the mother decided to become an injection KB acceptor. Conclusion : In this case, Mrs. Y 32 years old with dental caries, mild anemia, perineal rupture, there is no gap between theory and practice. Mothers are encouraged to consume nutritious food, Fe tablets and become KB acceptors
