ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. L MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN D.S KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN

Abstract

Background: Pregnant women health services can not be seperated from childbirth service, and newborn services. Every pregnant woman has the right to get quality antenatal care so that she is able to undergo a healthy pregnancy, and giving birth a healthy baby. Purposes: The purpose of this research is to improve maternal and child health efforts by implementing “continuity of care” for pregnant women, childbirth, and postpartum newborns and families. Method: The method used is continuos midwifery care and documentated of documentation with management SOAP. Result: Mrs. L is 23 years old, G2P1A0, HPHT 16-05-2018, thre time of visit, Hb 10,8 gr%, consumes Fe tablet once a day. Chidbirth at 39 weeks gestation IMD and no problem. The baby was born spontaneously, weight was 3400 gr, length was 49 cm, female preapgar score 8/10. The baby gets exclusive breast milk. The umbilical cords on the sixth day. Puerperium period does not experience any complaint. The lactation process runs smoothly and the baby wants to breastfeed. In newborn care, is not found complications, weight 3400 gr, length 49 cm, head circumference 33 cm, chest circumference 34 cm, apgar score 8/10, female, and Mrs. L is injecting acceptor. Conclusion: The application of continuity of care care which is given starting from pregnancy to being an acceptor of family planning care is relevant with standard obstetric care
