Abstract

Back ground of problems: Prevention of complications during labor and after the newborn will reduce maternal morbidity and mortality as well as newborns. This adjustment is very important in an effort to reduce maternal and newborn mortality. this is because the large number of deliveries in Indonesia still occur at the level of primary health care with the mastery of skills and knowledge of health workers in these service facilities is still inadequate. Purpose: The aim of this writing is to give the author the real experience and provide midwifery care to Mrs.D Gravida II Giving Birth I Abortion 0 with continuity of care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn babies, and family planning with the standard sof midwifery care. Method: The methods used in data collection are SOAP with technic interview, physicalexaminations, andobservations. Conclution: Care is provide from pregnancy to become KB accepto. The whole service and the care provide sultable with standart care and authorityof midwives.
