Abstract

Maternal mortality rate is one indicator to see the success of maternal health efforts. After having education of obstetric of the pregnant at the first patient is Mrs. M it was found maternal anxiety in the face of childbirth, but had been overcome by providing motivation to mothers about childbirth to reduce maternal anxiety. so the education obstetric which practiced to the second patient is Mrs. E. During giving birth process of Mrs. E the baby boywas born spontaniosly the weight 2900 gram, height 50 cm, A/S 8/10, during the education kala II Mrs. E got rupture degree two, but the problem can be solved by hecting with the perineal injury. For the last visit the puerperium had been informed about the function of contraception, mother decided to be acceptor of family planning injection DMPA (Depo Provera) The education wich given to Mrs. M and Mrs. E during pregnancy up to be an acceptor of family planning must be appropriated with the standard of education and the right of midwif e. Problem can be solved with continuity of care
