Abstract: The incidence of pregnancy anemia ranges between 20 and 89% by setting Hb 11 gr% as the basis. Pregnancy anemia rates in Indonesia show a high enough value. stated that around 70% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience anemia due to iron deficiency which can be overcome by regular iron administration and increased nutrition. Antenatal care is a preventive effort for obstetric health care programs to Optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes through a series of routine monitoring activities during pregnancy. Complete antenatal examinations are K1, K2, K3 and K4. Midwifery care with continuity of midwifery care management Subject Object Assessment Planning in Ny. Y G IIV PIA 0 during pregnancy in trimester II-III with ANC 4 times and newborn visits 3 times, childbirth care with ruptured degree II perineum, Newborns weighing 3600 grams, body length 50 cm, care for puerperal mothers with perineal rupture, and the use of 3-month injection KB. At Mrs. Y, comprehensive midwife care continuity of midwefery care is guided by the science of midwifery, so maternal problems are handled well, without complications. Midwifery management is given on a continuity of midwefery care basis pregnancy to become a KB acceptor according to obstetric standards.
