Abstract

The applying of post natal care Mrs.R there is problem dam breast, but the problem can resoved. On period interval done counselling and the maternity decicion making to be an acceptor family planning using family planning injection hormoenal. To Mrs.R applaying continuity of care which is komprehensif base on obstetric knowledge so the maternity problem can overcome, without any complitation. Midwifery care to NY.R was carried out continuity of midwefery care pregnancy to become a family planning acceptor according to midwifery standards
