Abstract: Health mother and child is a part of the effort improvement of health status sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia 2030. Physiological stated while pregnant is expected sustainable until puerperium is over. That will be achieved if health service adequate and have a certain quality for mother. The purpose is applying midwifery care comprehensive to pregnancy, giving birth, puerperium, newborn baby and acceptor KB suitable with midwifery care. The method is doing SOAP documentation by using midwifery care management and doing check and converse about her complaint when pregnancy, giving birth, puerperium, newborn baby until become acceptor KB. started from November 2019 up to Mei 2020. The care is given to Mrs. J, she was 37 years old gravidarum 3, parity 2, abortion 0. The care is done from November up to May with a visit as much as 4 times. When the second visit, she got mild anemia but it can be solved well the next visit. She got 1 th rupture perineum while she was in labor but the problem can be solved suitable with midwifery care. When the last puerperium visit, doing KB counseling and she chose injection 3 moths acceptor KB. Mrs. J had mild anemia and she had 1 th rupture perineum while giving birth. It should be done for service improvements to health workers especially a midwife and effort increase public health mainly to mother pregnant and baby for decreasing mortality and death rate
