Abstract

Background: Midwifery care prioritizes continuous services that are carried out as a measure of success or one of the important indicators of maternal and child health and is a vulnerable group. This is related to the phases of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium for mother and the phase of growth and development for children. Purpose: To provide midwifery care to Mrs. N G2P1A0 with continuity of care starting from pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, newborns and family planning acceptors in accordance with midwifery care standards and midwifery management. Methods: Continuous Midwifery care and documentation with SOAP management. Result: Discomfort during pregnancy, maternity, and postpartum on Mrs. N G2P1A0 was still physiological so there was no complications that need prompt treatment. The birth process of the baby was born spontaneously with a weight of 2700 grams, body length 48 cm, Apgar score 8/10, with female gender. The care for newborn baby was given as needed and there were no danger signs or complications in the baby. At the last visit during the postpartum period, having been informed about the use of contraception, the mother decided to become an acceptor for 3-month injections. Conclusion: Midwifery care for Mrs. N G2P1A0 ran cooperatively and continuously, the baby was in good condition, ther ewere no complications and had received vitamin K and HB0 immunizations. Mother had received 3 months of birth control injection
