Abstract: Background : Mothers and children are family members who need to get priority in health efforts, because mothers and children are a vulnerable group. This is related to the phase of pregnancy, maternity, postpartum on mother and the developmental phase of the child. This is the reason for the importance of maternal and child health efforts to be one of the priorities of health development in Indonesia. Destination : To provide midwifery care to Mrs. A is 30 years old with continuity of care starting from pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, newborns and family planning according to midwifery care standards and midwifery management. Result : Continuous midwifery care for Mrs. A on pregnancy with normal conditions did not result complications in pregnancy, maternity and the puerperium. The process of the baby was born spontaneously with a weight of 3000 grams, body length 50 cm, female gender and Apgar score 8/10. The care for newborn baby was given as needed and there were no danger signs or complications in the baby. At the last visit during the postpartum period, having been informed about the use of contraception, the mother decided to become a family planning acceptor for 3 months. Conclusion : In this case Mrs. A has no problems and there is no gap between theory and practice. The baby is in a baby condition, there are no complications and has received Vit K and HB0 immunizations and the mother is an acceptor of 3-month injectable family planning
