dc.description.abstractBackground: The implementation of health efforts in various regions is basically directed to achieve the goal of health development, namely to realize the highest degree of public health through increasing the affordability, ability, and quality of health services so as to be able to anticipate changes, developments, problems, and challenges to development health itself. Objective: To provide midwifery care for Mrs. Y. Age 18 years in the continuity of care starting from pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning acceptors in accordance with the standards of midwifery care and midwifery management. Methods: Midwifery care sustainable and documentation with Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Planning (SOAP) management. Results: After midwifery care was given to Mrs. Y with mild anemia. Midwifery care for Mrs. Y pregnancy with mild anemia did not cause complications in pregnancy, maternity,and postpartum. The process of the birth of baby was born spontaneously with body weight 2500 grams, body length 48 cm, apgar score 8/10, with male gender. Care at newborn baby was given as needed and there are no signs of danger or complications found in infants. At the last postpartum visit to be informed about contraceptive use, the mother decided to become an injection 3 months acceptor family planning. Conclusion: In this case, Mrs.Y was 18 years old with mild anemia. The mother encouraged to consume nutritious food, Fe tablets, and be acceptor family planningen_US
