dc.description.abstractBackground: white discharge it is a condition experiend by woman throughout their life cycle. There are about 20 (67,7%) pregnant woman with physiological white discharge and 10 (33,3%) with pathological white discharge. The purpose of this study was to provide midwife care to Mrs.A duting pregnancy, child birth and the puerperium, which has been held at the independent practice midwife I.S from januari to April 2021. Method: This research has revealed a case study method with continous midwifery care and SOAP method documentation. Data search has been carried out through anamnesa, public physical examination and specifically through inspection, paler, kusones, pervasive, and laboratory (Hemoglobin, Urine (protein + glucose). Digital hemoglobin examination uses easy touch and urin protein exams from one med. Next to be arranged with interpretation of data, orphnage results. Pregnncy visit was conducted three times, the orphanage of three times, and baby visit was born for three times, and family planning visit to be conducted three times. All data from the result of anamnesa and cheks has been recorded on the research observation page. Result: During pregnancy there was vagina discharge, after three visits. The white discharge could be resolved during the delivery process, was foud second degree perinial rupture and has been repaired. During the puerperium there were no complaints as well as the newborn and the familly was gruen. Counseling about family planning. Conclusion: During midwifery care, there are no complication for mother and baby. Proper and sustainable midwifery care can improve the weell being of mothers and babiesen_US
