dc.description.abstractBackground : Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator to achieve the success of maternal health efforts. Health services for pregnant women must meet the minimum frequency in each trimester, namely at least 1 time in the first trimester, at least 1 time in the second trimester, and at least 2 times in the third trimester. Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. Iron deficiency anemia in the mother can affect the growth and development of the fetus/infant and have an impact on the mother who will experience bleeding during pregnancy and afterward. Purpose : To provide midwifery care to Mrs. S aged 20 years with continuity of care starting from pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, newborn and family planning counseling in accordance with midwifery care standards and midwifery management. Methods : Midwifery care sustainability and documentation with SOAP management. Result : After the midwifery care for Mrs. S with mild anemia. Continuous midwifery care for Mrs. S pregnancy with mild anemia did not result any complications in pregnancy, maternity, or the puerperium. The birth process of the baby was born spontaneously with a weight of 2500 grams, body length 49 cm, Apgar score 9/10, with male sex. The care for newborn baby was given as needed and there were no danger signs or complications in the baby. At the last visit during the postpartum period, she was informed about the use of contraception, the mother decided that she would become an acceptor of birth control injection for 3 months. Conclusion : In this case Mrs. S is 20 years old with mild anemia. Mothers are encouraged to consume nutritious foods, Fe tablets and become family planning acceptors.en_US
