Abstract

Background : Midwifery care prioritizes continuity of care, it is very important for women to get services from the same professional or from a small team of professionals, because after being given continuous care the client will be more open in expressing complaints and feel calm about being there. Who assist in the examination and monitoring of the condition of the client and the fetus, gain more knowledge, so that all risks that endanger the mother and fetus can be addressed immediately. Purpose : To provide midwifery care to Mrs. S, 24 years old with continuity of care starting from pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborns and family planning receptors in accordance with midwifery care standards and midwifery management. Methods : Continuous midwifery care with SOAP documentation in accordance with midwifery care standards Result : Continuous midwifery care for Mrs. S 24 years old, G1P0A0. Spontaneous delivery of newborns with weigth of 3200 grams, Body length 48 cm, Head circumference 33 cm, Chest size 34 cm, Apgar score 8/10 with male sex. In the first stage of labor care, the duration of labor is 8 hours. In the implementation of the second stage of childbirth care, Mrs. S suffered a grade I rupture but was immediately given grade I hecting with the basting technique. The care given to the newborn baby is according to the needs, it is normal and there are no danger signs or complications found in the baby. At the last visit during the postpartum period, she was informed about the use of contraception and the mother decided to become an receptor of the pill. Conclusion : In this case, Mrs. S is 24 years old with normal delivery and grade I perineum rupture. The services provided are in accordance with the standards of care and authority of the midwifery
