Abstract

Background : Basically, pregnancy is a natural physiological process in women, but under certain conditions it can turn into pathological. In addition, women also experience an increased effect of lightning crotch, the fetus will descend and enter the pelvis and cause direct pressure on the bladder. Purpose : To provide a midwifery care to Mrs. D, 28, continuously in the form of continuity of care, since pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and family planning services, provided in accordance with midwifery care standards. Methods: Continuing midwifery care and 7-step-delivery-Varney, primary data, secondary data and documentation using the SOAP method, and carried out according to midwifery care standards Result : Mrs. D, 28, GIIPIA0, The First Day of The Last Menstruation is 04-06- 2021, Estimated Delivery is 11-03-2022, during ANC the mother often urinates at night, can be overcome by reducing drinking at night, the first contraction occurs at 38-40 weeks of pregnancy, INC stage I lasted 5 hours, second stage of labor there were no tears, no problems with the baby and the baby was given an IMD for one hour, the baby girl was born spontaneously and cried, weighed 3000 grams, length 50 cm, head circumference 34 cm, chest circumference 33 cm, Apgar score was 8/10 and the baby was breastfed, PNC was performed to monitor the mother's recovery, starting from the birth of the placenta and Mrs. D, after counseling on the family planning program, the mother decided to become an acceptor of cyclofem injection as a means of pregnancy control. Conclusion: The care provided, starting from pregnancy to becoming an acceptor of pregnancy control devices, meets the standards of care and the authority of the midwife.
