Abstract

BACKGROUND: Pregnancy is a natural process for a woman where she carries an embryo in her body. Various physiological changes occur in women during pregnancy, not pathological changes. Adolescence according to the World Health Organization is between 12-24 years. In some areas in Indonesia, it is known that a third of the number of marriages are carried out by couples under the age of 16 years, even in some villages, marriages are often carried out immediately after the girls get their first menstruation. From the data it is known that 41.9% of marriages are carried out at the age of 15-19 years and 4.8% at the age of 10-14 years. Methods: Continuing midwifery care followed the 7-step-Varney standard of midwifery care and documentation with SOAP midwifery management. Results: Continuous midwifery care was provided to Mrs. D, 15 years old, GIP0A0. baby boy was born spontaneously, weight 4200 grams, length 50cm, head circumference 33cm, chest circumference 34cm, W/S: 8/10. In the first stage of labor care, no problems were found. In the care of the second stage of labor, Mrs. D suffered a grade II rupture but was immediately given grade II hecting with the basting technique. Newborn care is given according to the needs of the baby, proceeds normally and there are no signs of danger or complications in the baby. At the last visit during the puerperium, the mother was informed about contraception and decided to become an acceptor of the 1-month injection method. Conclusion : In this case Mrs. D, 15 years old, GIP0A0. Mothers are advised to maintain personal hygiene, drink enough water, avoid strenuous activities, and get enough rest.
