Abstract: Background: Antenatal care is an attempt to prevent the causes of morbidity and mortality in pregnant women and children by preparing the mother's physical and mental condition as well as possible to save mothers and children through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Purpose : To provide midwifery care to Mrs. J is 23 years old with continuity of care since pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and family planning services using a midwifery management approach. Methods: Continuous midwifery care and documentation using 7-step-Varney and SOAP midwifery management. Results : During the pregnancy Mrs. J complained of high frequency urination and anemia and had a low body mass index, but all complaints were well managed; the delivery process went well and the baby boy was born spontaneously, cried immediately, weighed 2,550, height 49 cm, head circumference 33 cm, chest circumference 33 cm, and APGAR score 9/10, the baby was in good health and fit; Mrs. J runs normally without complications; and through family planning counseling Mrs. J chose the 3-month injection method as a means of pregnancy control. Conclusion: The midwifery care provided, from the time of pregnancy to becoming an acceptor of the family planning program, met the standards of midwifery care and the authority of a midwife.
