ABSTRACT Smokers are people with the habit of smoking tobacco. Their knowledge of dental and oral health is in the fair category, as evidenced by the lack of knowledge and awareness of the importance of maintaining dental and oral health. Clean teeth and mouth is a condition that shows that a person's oral cavity is free from dirt such as debris, plaque, and tartar. This study is a systematic review that aims to find a relationship between the level of knowledge of smokers and the dental and oral hygiene status of adolescents. This research was conducted by comparing 10 published articles published from 2018 to 2022. Through the results of a systematic review, it is known that 60% of smokers' knowledge is in the fair category, smokers' oral and dental hygiene status is 80% in the fair category, and the relationship between smokers' knowledge level and oral hygiene is found in 80% of articles, out of 10 articles that have been published. reviewed.
