Abstract: Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (HCG) is part of the placental hormone that is only found in the body of pregnant women, produced by the embryo after fertilization and in the growth of placental tissue, and can be used to help detect pregnancy and maintain the corpus luteum of pregnancy. HCG production increases until about day 70 and will decrease for the remainder of the pregnancy. The presence of this hormone is an indicator of pregnancy that is detected by a pregnancy test through urine, because it is secreted through urine. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy between the HCG Latex method and the Pack Test. This research is a literature study designed descriptively using independent variables and dependent variables. the object of research is collected simultaneously, then look for a comparison between the two variables. This study was to compare the results of pregnancy tests using the human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) Latex method with the Test Pack. This study examines secondary data from 5 literatures. Based on the results of research on 5 references, it was found that there were significant differences in pregnancy test results between the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) Latex and Test Pack methods
