Abstract: Chronic renal failure is a decrease in kidney function that lasts more than 3 months. One way to diagnose kidney failure is to assess creatinine levels. Elevated creatinine levels in the blood can be reduced by hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is a dialysis therapy in order to remove toxic fluids and waste products that have accumulated in the blood. The formulation of the problem in this study was how to describe creatinine levels in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of creatinine levels in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis. This type of research used a systematic review with a descriptive method of five articles as references for research results. The object of the study was patients with chronic kidney failure. The results of the analysis of the five articles showed that patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis had a high mean creatinine level (100%), namely 12.6 mg/dl as many as 30 samples in the DGA study Suryawan, et al (2016); 11 mg/dl as many as 83 samples in the research of Roni Afriansyah, et al (2020); 10.7 g/dl as many as 30 samples in the study of Nofri Eka, et al (2021); 5.44 g/dl as many as 74 samples in the study of Putu Intan, et al (2021); and 8 ,6 g/dl as many as 52 samples in the study of Shelfi, et al (2021). The conclusion from the five articles was that there were similarities where the creatinine levels undergoing hemodialysis are categorized as high.
