Hemoglobin, the main component of erythrocytes, functions to regulate the exchange between oxygen and carbon dioxide in body tissues. Anemia occurs because the hemoglobin level in the blood is inadequate, it can cause health problems, the baby is born with low weight, and the iron stores in the baby decrease which can hamper its development. This research is a systematic review designed descriptively, reviewing 5 articles (Anggi Setiawan, et al, 2013), (Tri Wahyuni, et al, 2017), (Sab'atun, et al, 2018), (Selfesina Sikoway, et al. al, 2020), and (Nur Masruroh, et al, 2020), and aims to get an overview of hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women. The results of the review of the five articles revealed that most of the third trimester pregnant women, (52.01%), had hemoglobin levels in the normal category, and 47.92% mothers had hemoglobin levels in the low category. A number of 3 articles found hemoglobin levels in third trimester pregnant women in the normal category, 11 g/dl, and 2 articles found hemoglobin levels lower than 11 g/dl. Each article found cases of anemia in pregnant women, but dominated by normal hemoglobin levels, slightly higher than the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.en_US
