Tuberculosis is an infectious disease, caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and is one of the main causes of death in the world. Tuberculosis was treated by taking anti-tuberculosis drugs for 6 months. This treatment consists of an intensive phase for 2 months and a continuation phase for 4 months. Tuberculosis treatment using anti-tuberculosis drugs can reduce the number of leukocytes and the type of leukocyte count, which previously increased due to infection. After a few months of treatment the leukocyte count and leukocyte count will return to normal. The purpose of this study was to describe the number of leukocytes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after treatment. This research was conducted through a systematic review designed descriptively, conducted from December 2021 – May 2022. A number of 5 articles were taken as the object of this research. The results of the study from 5 articles stated that the patient's leukocyte count decreased after taking anti-tuberculosis drugs.en_US
