ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. S MASA HAMIL DENGAN ANEMIA DAN NY. M BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK BIDAN MANDIRI D.S KOTA PEMATANG SIANTAR

Abstract

Background : It was reported that the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in North Sumatra Province reached 62.50 per 100,000 live births (187 cases of 299,198 targeted births). Even though the maternal and child mortality rates are still high during 2020, the percentage has decreased when compared to the percentage in 2019, where this year there were 202 maternal deaths out of the target of 302,555 live births. Purpose: This final project report aims to provide continuous midwifery care to mothers, starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care to family planning program services. Methods: This study is a continuous midwifery care documented in the SOAP format and carried out according to midwifery care standards. Result: Through midwifery care given to Mrs. S, 27, GIII PII A0, it is known that during pregnancy she had complaints of anemia in the moderate category, low back pain and frequent urination, but all complaints could be handled properly. Mrs. M, 37, GII PII A0, First Day of Last Menstruation was 29 -07-2022, care went well, baby boy was born spontaneously, cried immediately, weight 3700 gr, length 48 cm, Head Circumference 36 cm, Chest Circumference 35 cm, APGAR score 9/10, the baby is in good health and postpartum care is proceeding normally, without complications, and through family planning counseling, the mother chooses the 3-month injection method for pregnancy control. Conclusion: The midwifery care provided, starting from pregnancy until the mother becomes a family planning program acceptor, is in accordance with the standards of care and authority of midwives.
