dc.description.abstractBackground: Midwifery Continuity of care is necessary to be implemented to serve as a benchmark or indicator of the success of maternal and infant health programs. Antenatal Care is an effort to maintain the health of pregnant women and their babies and to achieve this, the physical and mental conditions of the mother must be prepared as well as possible, so that the mother and child are safe during pregnancy, childbirth, and in the postpartum period the mother and child are physically and mentally healthy. Purpose : Provide a midwifery care for Mrs. H, 27, in the form of Continuity of care starting from the time of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn services, until she becomes the acceptor of the family planning program which is carried out in accordance with midwifery care and management standards. Methods : This care is an ongoing midwifery care, documented in 7-step-Varney and SOAP formats, and carried out according to midwifery care standards. Results: Through midwifery care it is known that during pregnancy Mrs. H experiences nausea and vomiting but can be handled properly, the mother consumes vitamin B6, eats small portions but frequent, gets enough rest. At delivery, the baby girl was born spontaneously, weighing 3800 grams, length 50 cm, Head Circumference: 33 cm, Chest Circumference: 34 cm, Apgarscore 8/10. Newborn care was given according to their needs, proceeded normally and no abnormalities or complications were found in the baby. During the postpartum period, care for Mrs. H proceeded normally without complications, and through family planning counseling, Mrs. H chose the 3-month injection method as a pregnancy control tool. Conclusion: The midwifery care provided, from pregnancy to the mother becoming a family planning acceptor, is in accordance with the standards of care and authority of midwives.en_US
