Abstract: MEDAN HEALTH POLYTECHNIC OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH ASSOCIATE DEGREE OF NURSING IN TAPANULI TENGAH SCIENTIFIC WRITING, MARCH 2023 FITRI HABEAHAN* Faisal SKM., MKM** Yusniar SKM., MKM** NURSING CARE FOR CLIENTS EXPERIENCED WITH DYSPEPSIA WITH PAIN AT PANDAN REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL, CENTRAL TAPANULI DISTRICT, 2023 ABSTRACT Background: Dyspepsia is a collection of symptoms consisting of symptoms of pain and unpleasant sensations in the upper abdomen accompanied by bloating, gastric reflux, nausea and vomiting. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, the population of dyspepsia sufferers in the world reached 15 - 30% annually. In Indonesia, the incidence of dyspepsia reached 40-50% of diseases and it was among the top 10 highest diseases in Indonesia. In North Sumatra, dyspepsia reached 91.6% of the number of existing diseases. Objective: The general objective was the overall goal to be achieved: Nursing care for clients who experience dyspepsia with pain problems at Pandan regional general hospitals, Central Tapanuli Regency 2023. Method: Qualitative research method with a case study design. The research subjects were two people suffering from dyspepsia with pain at Pandan Regional General Hospital, Central Tapanuli district in 2023. Data collection consisted of interviews, observations and physical examinations. Results: Assessment: Client 1 complained of pain on the left side of the stomach. P (Provocate) Late eating, tiredness and stress, Q (quality) severe pain and feeling weak, R. (region) pain felt on the left side of the stomach, interfering with activities (scale 8), client assessment 2 left side abdominal pain and heartburn scale (pain 9). Conclusion: Dyspepsia with pain that was obtained after carrying out warm water compress therapy can be cured.
