Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Anak Yang Mengalami Bronkopneumonia Dengan Bersihan Jalan Nafas Tidak Efektif Di Rsud Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Tahun 2023

Abstract

MEDAN HEALTH POLYTECHNIC OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAM OF NURSING, CENTRAL TAPANULI SCIENTIFIC WRITING, FEBRUARY 2023 HERNAWATI NEHE⃰FAISAL, SKM., M.KM⃰ ⃰YUSNIAR, SKM., M.KM ⃰ ⃰ NURSING CARE IN CHILDREN WHO ARE EXPERIENCED BRONCHOPNEUMONIA WITH AIRWAY CLEARNOT EFFECTIVE IN PANDAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL CENTRAL TAPANULI IN 2023 ABSTRACT Background: Bronchopneumonia is a disease that can cause disorders of the respiratory system or inflammation of the lung parenchyma caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and other objects. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are around 800,000 to 2 million children who die each year from bronchopneumonia. In Indonesia, the coverage of cases of bronchopneumonia in toddlers in 2016-2019 has increased from 94.12% to 97.30%. Based on the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office, Bronchopneumonia in children in Central Tapanuli Regency in 2018 was 628 (1.5%) children. Based on a preliminary survey conducted at Research Location of Pandan Regional General Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency on February 20, 2023, data obtained for children with bronchopneumonia in 2018 totaled 12 people, in 2019 there were 21 people, in 2020 there were 14 people, in 2021 there were 10 people and in 2022 there will be 127 people. Objective: Carry out Nursing Care for Children with Bronchopneumonia with Ineffective Airway Clearances in 2023. Research Method: This type of research was a descriptive qualitative using a case study approach, with 2 respondents and research locations in Pandan Regional Hospital, Central Tapanuli Regency, in 2023. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. Results: The results of the study were obtained that during nursing care the problem of ineffective airway clearance can be resolved with the criteria for the results of the implementation carried out having a response that showed the patient's progress. Conclusion: Nursing care for children with bronchopneumonia with ineffective airway clearance on client 1 and client 2 has been resolved for three days.
